Getting started

Simple, straightforward support.

You don’t need to know the technical terms. Just tell me what’s going wrong or what you’d like to do.

STEP 01

Get in touch

Call or email and describe the problem or service you need.

STEP 02

Agree on the details

Discuss the support required, appointment arrangements and applicable rates before work starts.

STEP 03

Get things working

Receive practical help and an explanation of the work in plain language.

Payment arrangements

Payment by instalments

In limited circumstances, an instalment arrangement may be available by prior agreement.

When an instalment plan is agreed

If a customer is experiencing financial difficulty paying the full amount at once, Peace of Mind IT may, on rare occasions, agree to payments of $15 per week. The first payment is due after the work is completed. No interest is charged if all instalments are paid on time.

  • The arrangement must be discussed before work commences and expressly agreed to by Matt.
  • Customers bringing a device to Matt must provide photo identification and proof of address.
  • The existing terms state that if an instalment is missed, the outstanding balance becomes payable within 7 days.
  • The existing terms also describe additional interest and possible referral to debt collection if the balance remains unpaid.

Please confirm the full written terms, including any overdue interest and recovery costs, before entering an instalment arrangement. This summary is provided for clarity and does not replace an agreed written contract.
